Excellent honeymoon!! We had the best time, the experiences we had were incredible! Such a beautiful place, with lovely people. The landscape was stunning, and the northern lights were the cherry on top! Greta was brilliant! She's a real asset and represented the company really well! Lovely woman, truly enthusiastic about the location and excursions. The husky experience was incredible as it was so unique! The dogs were beautiful and it was truly magical. Also, we'd have to say the night snow mobile safari as the northern lights were phenominal! Our guide Lauri had a true passion for the lights too which was excellent as we weren't made to rush to get back. It didn't matter that the scheduled excursion was meant to last 1.5hours; he was happy to stay out with us for the whole show which lasted around 2 hours or so. Beautiful place, wonderful people and truly spectacular experiences! We said it would be a once in a lifetime trip; however cannot stop talking and planning our next one! Thank you for the introduction to Finland and an unforgettable honeymoon!!

We had a great holiday, all the staff at Brandon Lodge were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to have us there. Graham Hughes gave his personal recomendation for booking this holiday which was very helpful and lived up to the expectation. The dog sledding was brilliant fun but was over too soon - by the time we got going etc the actual sledding lasted less than an hour.

All the activities were enjoyable, each with its own special part to it. The guides were all experienced in their field and could not be more helpful and patient with us. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their amazing service (especially with my gluten free diet) and all the guides we had during our 3 days in the Nangu Hotel. I will definitely be looking to return again. I would also like to thank Lucia Van Wijk who visited us in the hotel one evening to ensure everything had been catered for and we were having a good time.

I really was incredibly impressed with everything, it was so professional & I have forwarded your details to a number of friends & family who are interested in booking. I will definitely be using your company again and I would perhaps like to try a smaller resort to guarantee small guest numbers or go during the summer too. Our local guide Ingi was absolutely brilliant - he took excellent care of us and took time out to show us additional sights we would not normally have seen!! We had an amazing 4 days and loved every minute. It was expensive to eat out there but as long as people know in advance they are not shocked. The admin before and during was spot on with your team.

Snowmobiling at night was our favoruite activity. We were lucky enough to see the lights, and the guide was really well prepared and knowledgable about night photography.

We loved the Wilderness Inari hotel and connections in London/Ivalo were great. Best of all, we saw the Lights three nights. A great holiday that met our expectations.

Great holiday and amazing location. All the advice pre-booking was a great help and spot on. Very difficult to suggest any improvements. We really did think the holiday was fantastic and more than fulfilled all our expectations.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and Sophie was very good at explaining how to do all the activities and very helpful.

My favourite activity was the snow mobile ride, and my partners was the Huskie ride. They were both amazing! The Huskies were lovely and friendly, it was good that we got to stroke them and feed them a treat after the ride. The snowmobile was really fun as I'd never done anything like it before. We also enjoyed the reindeer safari, although we didn't see the Northern Lights we still really enjoyed it!

Husky safari was our high-point as not only was it great fun and a unique experience, but the guide was excellent and it coincided with the first sunrise in 37 days and the views were spectacular

The husky safari was the best, it's a short trip from the hotel, the team at the husky park are lovely and it was just the most amazing experience.

Overall, this entire trip exceeded our expectations in almost every way - a fantastic experience which we enjoyed enormously. All the activities we participated in were excellent in all respects - impossible to single out one in particular.

All of the activities were outstanding and real bucket list experiences particularly the husky sleigh, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. What we especially liked was the fact that these weren't just 'tasters' where we only had a short go but rather full experiences where we were able to become fully immersed in the activity. That said, seeing the northern lights on several occasions including a spectacular viewing in the middle of the week was an incredible experienced the principal reason for our holiday. The hotel staff and guides were all wonderful and very accommodating with our requests. My tripod broke and the total manager was happy to lend me one that they had behind reception. She didn't take my room number or request a security deposit just trusted me to return it at the end of the week. That was a feature of the week, plenty of trust and common sense, particularly highlighted by a very welcome sense of perfectly adequate, but not over-bearing health and safety briefings that are so painfully common in many environments.

We are a well-travelled family, having stayed in many places around the world. Without doubt this is one of the best holidays we have had, and we cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The overriding word to describe this holiday is "QUALITY". From our fist phone calll with Andy, through to the bookings and arrangements done by you, the flights, airport arrival, transportation, hotel and activities, all faultless and of the highest quality. Regarding the Wilderness Hotel; its location, service, food, quality of room, amenities, organisation of the activities, again all faultless and of the highest quality. We will also be giving it the highest recommendation on TripAdvisor, as well as your company and your service. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and we will absolutely be staying there again. Please give our thanks and recognition to the management and staff at the hotel please. The activities were very well organised, the equipment of the highest quality, as was the outdoor clothing given by the hotel which was a life saver. In summary, the hotel is outstanding, and the whole trip was one of the best. Thank you to the Wilderness Hotel, Andy, you and your company for everything.

Hard to choose between seeing the aurora, going husky sledding or the snowmobiles. All were great fun in their own way and a great way to spend our time. The guides were super friendly and really knew what they were doing so we always felt comfortable and confident.

We took a 4-night vacation to Hotel Korpikartano outside the town of Inari.  There were 6 women friends. We booked through The Aurora Zone.  The whole vacation went off without any problems from start to finish.   We had a fabulous time!  We will be talking about this vacation for years to come. We did snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, a husky safari and a visit with a reindeer herder, as well as a visit to a Sami Culturally Center.  Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and on schedule.  The local food was delicious.  For our accommodations, we booked a “suite” with three twin beds bedrooms, which were very spacious.  We shared two bathrooms and a living space.  It was a great place for us to gather during downtime. We did happen to see the Northern Lights on one of the evenings.  It was gorgeous!  The other three nights were cloudy.  We went into this trip knowing we may not see the lights.  We all said afterwards we still enjoyed all the activities and would not have been disappointed had we not seen the Northern Lights.  My friends and I highly recommend Hotel Korpikartano and The Aurora Zone!

Overall the holiday was good and we are pleased we went. Actually caught the lights on two occasions.

The activities were great albeit a lot shorter than years back. I think due to increased popularity, this is the result. Even so, still very enjoyable. This time of the year without the sun mostly, the colours of the sky during the day were a photographers dream. Of course the Aurora is always good to view from Nellim; on Monday 6th we had a fantastic display which I luckily caught on live video. You are still able to walk into the woods without many people around. Saw loads of Reindeers on our walks. So beginning-to-end just an outstanding holiday. Roll on 2021

Excellent trip - the Northern Lights (Aurora) performed and were stunning, lucky enough to see 3 nights of display including, curtains, ribbons, reds, greens and even a snatch of blue. The Wilderness Hotel was extremely comfortable and warm (it needed to be -16deg C !!), the food was some of the best we have experienced in numerous activity trips, the staff were on the ball, knowledgeable, flexible and quick with updates and flagging the fire in the sky, the outdoor clothing is essential - it gets flipping cold. The Uk staff of Aurora Zone were brilliant, kept us up to date, helped when my Luddite PC skills failed and ensured we were well looked after. Thank you Aurora Zone and Wilderness Hotel - we would (and will) do it again.

The holiday was well planned and good quality accommodation offered. When I contacted the team with any queries they were quick to respond and help, sending follow up emails to confirm.

We appreciated both the time in Tromso and in particular on Sommaroy which is a beautiful location to which we might return in summer. Our guide Magg of Northern Lights Tromso literally went the extra mile for us and drove nearly 400km return in search of the Lights. The scheduled 5 hour trip extended to 7 hours and was tiring but very much worth it.

Well done for making this trip a massive success. Other guests were really nice and the people who ran activities superb. Husky trip and snowmobile try out. Both brilliant because the people were superb. The German and Polish guys at the husky farm were brilliant. The twins loved them so much. They obviously loved their jobs and that came across. Snowmobile was great too. Fun and again the guide was super nice and made the experience fun. Oh, the snowshoe trio was great too. Guide was very engaging. We liked that the trips felt like adventures and we’re too nanny like. Well done! I’ve told everyone I know who we used to book and I got the most hits ever on the Instagram posts of the aurora!

We had a fantastic holiday which was a surprise birthday present for my husband. The admin team in the office were great with any pre trip queries I had. I had done a lot of research before choosing you and I was very happy with everything.

I always do my own holiday booking so this is the first time I've used a tour company and you guys made it very easy! I loved the Sorbyn Lodge, they made us feel so welcome. the guides for all the activities we did were amazing. We especially loved hannah from northern soul journeys who guided our dog sledding tour! Dog sledding was the coolest activity I've ever done, in any country! It was great to be alone with our guide and not have to be on an adventure with a bunch of strangers. Hannah made our dog sledding experience so memorable. We loved Sorbyn Lodge, t's so cozy and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel at home in their space.
