Promotions Terms

1. When you use an offer, you accept our terms and conditions relating to that offer (in legal terms you are deemed to have accepted them and agree to be bound by them).
2. Unless the offer states otherwise, the offer can only be applied once and is valid for single use only on one booking. Offers cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
3. The offer will only be available when booking directly with The Artisan Travel Company and cannot be used by customers booking indirectly through travel agencies or by customers who reach us via a third-party referral website, such as Responsible Travel. For offers listed on third party websites, please refer to their terms and conditions.
4. Bookings must be made on or before the dates specified on the applicable offer.
5. All discounts are valid on selected dates, as specified on the applicable offer.
6. All offers are subject to promotional availability, dates and accommodation. Depending on popularity or availability offers may be amended, extended or withdrawn.
7. Offer is non-exchangeable.
8. All offers are only valid on flight-inclusive holidays.
9. There will be no cash alternative.
10. If you decide to cancel/amend your holiday and a refund is needed, it’ll be for the price you actually paid, taking into account the offer or discount.
11. We can decline your booking, if we don’t think the promo code or offer used is valid for the product(s) ordered, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
12. The offer must be quoted at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
13. Customer must be aged 18 or over to place a booking.
14. We can change these terms and conditions or withdraw an offer at any time, with reasonable notice.
15. Our standard booking conditions and privacy policy apply.
16. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Open to customers who have travelled on an Aurora Zone holiday between 1st September 2026 and 18th April 2027.
• Entrants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and entries must be submitted either by the adult or with their express permission.
• Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian) must have paid in full for their holiday.

• Social media entrants must also be following The Aurora Zone account on the platform used.

• Each post or email counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, up to a maximum of 20 entries per person.
• Entries must be submitted between 1st September 2026 and 18th April 2027.

• By entering, you confirm that you own the rights to the content submitted.
• You grant The Aurora Zone a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and share your content across any media, including advertising, websites, brochures, social media and press.
• If the entrant is under 18, their parent or guardian grants The Aurora Zone the same rights outlined above.
• The parent or guardian confirms that they are authorised to grant these rights on behalf of the minor.
• You confirm that any individuals identifiable in your content have consented to its use.
• You agree to waive any moral rights related to the content, to the extent permitted by law.

• One winner will receive a £1,000 Aurora Zone or Artisan Travel Holiday Voucher.
• The maximum voucher value is £1,000.
• The voucher will be processed within 30 days of winner confirmation.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
• The voucher must be used to book another holiday within 12 months of winning. The holiday itself may take place after this 12-month period.

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place on 19th April 2027.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message or email within 14 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

• The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
• The Aurora Zone may publish the winner’s name, county and entry image or video, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

• The Aurora Zone is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late or corrupted entries, or for technical issues affecting submission.
• The Aurora Zone accepts no liability for costs incurred beyond the prize described in Section 4, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with The Aurora Zone’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
• Entrant details will be used for the administration of this competition, unless explicit consent is given for other purposes or processing is otherwise permitted by law.

• The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

• Open to children under the age of 18 who have travelled on an Aurora Zone holiday between 1st September 2026 and 18th April 2027.
• All entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, or with their express permission.
• The parent or legal guardian must have paid in full for the holiday.

• Each post or email counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, up to a maximum of 20 entries per child.
• Entries must be submitted between 1st September 2026 and 18th April 2027.
• Entries to this competition may also be submitted to the £1,000 Holiday Voucher Competition, provided they meet the eligibility and entry requirements of both competitions.

• By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they are authorised to submit the content and grant the rights outlined below.
• The parent or guardian grants The Aurora Zone a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and share the submitted content across any media, including advertising, websites, brochures, social media and press.
• The parent or guardian confirms that any individuals identifiable in the content have consented to its use, or that appropriate parental or guardian consent has been obtained.
• The parent or guardian agrees to waive any moral rights related to the content, to the extent permitted by law and where authorised to do so.

• One winner will receive an All-in-One Choice gift card worth £100.
• The maximum gift card value is £100.
• The gift card will be processed within 30 days of winner confirmation.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
• The gift card will be subject to the gift card provider’s own terms and conditions.

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place on 19th April 2027.
• The winning child’s parent or legal guardian will be contacted via direct message or email within 14 days of the draw.
• If the parent or guardian does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

• The winner’s parent or legal guardian may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
• The Aurora Zone may publish the winning entry and limited winner details, subject to appropriate parental or guardian consent and applicable data protection requirements.

• The Aurora Zone is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late or corrupted entries, or for technical issues affecting submission.
• The Aurora Zone accepts no liability for costs incurred beyond the prize described in Section 4, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with The Aurora Zone’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
• Personal information relating to children will be handled with appropriate safeguards.
• Entrant details will be used for the administration of this competition, unless explicit consent is given for other purposes or processing is otherwise permitted by law.

• Offer is valid when used within 24 months of travel.

Refer a friend (repeat clients)

• Refer a friend to travel with any one of our brands (The Aurora Zone, Artisan Travel) and they’ll receive £50 off their booking.
• Additionally, for every booking that quotes your name and address, you’ll also receive £50 towards your next holiday.
• Offer is based on a per booking basis and only valid when used within 24 months of travel.

Bookings made between 1st August 2026 – 15 October 2026 are entered into a prize draw to win a dinner for 2 at Funktionærmessen Restaurant Funken Lodge worth £200 (4 course dinner, drinks not included).
