We enjoyed seeing the lights twice! Out snowmobiling in -33. The lovely hotel and staff and of course the staff from Aurora Zone. Jenni our snowshoeing guide was amazing. Just a massive thank you to Graham, Kate and Jade for all their help and patience in finally getting us to Finland.

We enjoyed the husky sledding and visit to the Reindeer farm. Loved all aspects of the holiday. We had a fantastic time even though we didn't get to see the Northern Lights, but that is beyond your control. This was our first holiday of this type and we really enjoyed all of it. It will go down as one of our best holiday's ever! I would definitely recommend The Aurora Zone and the Wilderness Hotel to friends and family.

Excellent service. Wonderful staff and hospitality at the hotel. I spoke to Karen who was extremely helpful. A thoroughly enjoyable experience that I would recommend to anyone. Overall a 5 star holiday and birthday celebration

I enjoyed seeing the Northern Lights and travelling in the husky sleigh. Also the first class organising of the whole experience taking into consideration of my disability. From my point of view everything was spot on. All staff and guides had been made aware of my disability, visual impairment, and they made sure that I was safe in “ their hands”. The restaurant staff were very attentive to my requests. Again with my visual impairment they brought my food to the table as it would have been difficult for me to do self service. I was very anxious with all the extra paperwork needed caused by Covid, but after a few phone calls to the office and the help and reassurance from the staff I was able to complete all paperwork for entry into Finland. As I was a single traveler with a visual impairment all the necessary help and support at the airports,on the plane and at the hotel were in place for me to have safe trouble free trip to Finland.

I cannot really choose my favourite part of the holiday as every day brought its own unique and wonderful experience. When you don't think it could get any better and you wake up to a new day, you are greeted with another magical and wonderful experience. If I had to choose a favourtie activity, I guess it would be the trip on the snowtrain into the forest, lighting the campfire and then we were so lucky to see the Northern Lights. Totally magical.The guides were all excellent. Again, so welcoming and were very patient and understanding of the different levels of fitness within our group. They were more than happy to answer any questions you might have which gave you more confidence on some of the activities you were doing for the first time. The whole holiday booking sequence was faultless. We were kept up to date with the COVID vaccine situation which kept changing a few weeks before we left the UK. Would highly recommend this trip to our friends.....and we do! It was the most magical, wonderful holiday I have ever experienced. A once in a lifetime experience and I LOVED every minute of it.

I had a great time looking at the Aurora and going on the reindeer ride, as well as adding on the Husky ride and trip to the Arctic Ocean. My hotel at the Holiday Village Valle was great too and everyone was very helpful and knowledgable.

I’m delighted to report that we had a truly wonderful holiday.

The whole experience was absolutely magical. The office team were really helpful and happy to answer all questions. The team at Korpikartano were equally as keen to help to ensure we got the best experience.  The travel experts were brilliant at keeping us informed as to travel requirements considering the speed that things were changing with Covid testing.  Simply perfect from the rustic charm of the accommodation to the knowledge of the guides, to the friendliness of all the staff, to the fantastic location - perfect!! Thanks for arranging it all.

I just wanted to send you a quick email regarding the holiday. We got back last night. We had a FABULOUS time it was everything we thought it would be. The staff at the Hotel and the staff who do the activities were all lovely. The food was really good too! We also loved the room, with the Sauna. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for all your help finding us the perfect holiday. I would always recommend your company, if anyone was looking for this type of holiday. We also got to see the lights on two nights! Shame to be back so soon! Thank you again.
