Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, I would very much recommend aurora zone , the holiday was well organised and a magical experience

One of the best holidays I've been on and it was so easy to book. The support I received with questions I had was exceptional and everything was done and sent to me when you said it would be. And the free gift came in extremely handy! The staff at Apukka were all great, as was the food and drink.

Having mentioned our holiday was to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, the company organised a room upgrade, free bottle of wine and even helped arrange for a cake. Thanks so much for your attention and assistance. Definitely will book again.

The Northern Lights has always been at the top of my bucket list, and this trip has been years in the making! Needless to say, we were not disappointed! Every aspect exceeded our expectations! The hotel was incredible, the activities were life-changingly amazing (particularly the husky sledding, an absolute must and such a bucket list moment), the food was fantastic and the sheer attention to detail made this trip such a special experience that we'll never ever forget! To top it all off we managed to see the Northern Lights more than once, thanks to the very well thought out aurora alerts at the hotel! We could not recommend this trip, and The Aurora Zone, more highly!

We were really impressed with the whole package from the packing list through to the activities, thank you Aurora Tours! We very rarely do package tours but this holiday may have changed our thinking.

The activity guides were excellent and had a lot of local knowledge. The huskies were clearly well looked after and happy and the puppies were adorable. We really enjoyed the snowmobiles and our guide was great. The standard of accommodation was high and the food was excellent (especially for a person with lactose intolerance). Just a little bit more explanation of how things work and orientation when you arrive would ensure you settled in a bit quicker.

The hotel were amazing and made all of the food nut free during my stay which meant that I could eat the same as everyone else and not have to worry. This makes a huge difference and I really appreciate the effort they went to. The food was amazing and certainly one of the highlights of the trip. The local traditional Finnish dishes were hearty and very welcome! The moose bolognese was a favourite with many people.   The husky safari was so peaceful and we had a great husky team. The activity guides were great and allowed us to just get on with it. There really wasn't anything that we didn't like but the cross country skiing was the most physically and mentally challenging. After 5km across the lake in the dark we were all thoroughly exhausted!

Your team are very professional, friendly and never left us not knowing what was going on. Your communication or organisation were great.

Excellent honeymoon!! We had the best time, the experiences we had were incredible! Such a beautiful place, with lovely people. The landscape was stunning, and the northern lights were the cherry on top! Greta was brilliant! She's a real asset and represented the company really well! Lovely woman, truly enthusiastic about the location and excursions. The husky experience was incredible as it was so unique! The dogs were beautiful and it was truly magical. Also, we'd have to say the night snow mobile safari as the northern lights were phenominal! Our guide Lauri had a true passion for the lights too which was excellent as we weren't made to rush to get back. It didn't matter that the scheduled excursion was meant to last 1.5hours; he was happy to stay out with us for the whole show which lasted around 2 hours or so. Beautiful place, wonderful people and truly spectacular experiences! We said it would be a once in a lifetime trip; however cannot stop talking and planning our next one! Thank you for the introduction to Finland and an unforgettable honeymoon!!

Even if we hadn't seen the Lights we would have considered it a good holiday - the activities were really good and we had a fabulous few days.

I really was incredibly impressed with everything, it was so professional & I have forwarded your details to a number of friends & family who are interested in booking. I will definitely be using your company again and I would perhaps like to try a smaller resort to guarantee small guest numbers or go during the summer too. We had a great holiday, all the staff at Brandon Lodge were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to have us there. Graham Hughes gave his personal recomendation for booking this holiday which was very helpful and lived up to the expectation. The dog sledding was brilliant fun but was over too soon - by the time we got going etc the actual sledding lasted less than an hour.

Our local guide Ingi was absolutely brilliant - he took excellent care of us and took time out to show us additional sights we would not normally have seen!! We had an amazing 4 days and loved every minute. It was expensive to eat out there but as long as people know in advance they are not shocked. The admin before and during was spot on with your team.

Snowmobiling at night was our favoruite activity. We were lucky enough to see the lights, and the guide was really well prepared and knowledgable about night photography.

We loved the Wilderness Inari hotel and connections in London/Ivalo were great. Best of all, we saw the Lights three nights. A great holiday that met our expectations.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and Sophie was very good at explaining how to do all the activities and very helpful.

Great holiday and amazing location. All the advice pre-booking was a great help and spot on. Very difficult to suggest any improvements. We really did think the holiday was fantastic and more than fulfilled all our expectations.

My favourite activity was the snow mobile ride, and my partners was the Huskie ride. They were both amazing! The Huskies were lovely and friendly, it was good that we got to stroke them and feed them a treat after the ride. The snowmobile was really fun as I'd never done anything like it before. We also enjoyed the reindeer safari, although we didn't see the Northern Lights we still really enjoyed it!

The husky safari was the best, it's a short trip from the hotel, the team at the husky park are lovely and it was just the most amazing experience.

Husky safari was our high-point as not only was it great fun and a unique experience, but the guide was excellent and it coincided with the first sunrise in 37 days and the views were spectacular

Overall the holiday was good and we are pleased we went. Actually caught the lights on two occasions.

All of the activities were outstanding and real bucket list experiences particularly the husky sleigh, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. What we especially liked was the fact that these weren't just 'tasters' where we only had a short go but rather full experiences where we were able to become fully immersed in the activity. That said, seeing the northern lights on several occasions including a spectacular viewing in the middle of the week was an incredible experienced the principal reason for our holiday. The hotel staff and guides were all wonderful and very accommodating with our requests. My tripod broke and the total manager was happy to lend me one that they had behind reception. She didn't take my room number or request a security deposit just trusted me to return it at the end of the week. That was a feature of the week, plenty of trust and common sense, particularly highlighted by a very welcome sense of perfectly adequate, but not over-bearing health and safety briefings that are so painfully common in many environments.

Hard to choose between seeing the aurora, going husky sledding or the snowmobiles. All were great fun in their own way and a great way to spend our time. The guides were super friendly and really knew what they were doing so we always felt comfortable and confident.

Overall, this entire trip exceeded our expectations in almost every way - a fantastic experience which we enjoyed enormously. All the activities we participated in were excellent in all respects - impossible to single out one in particular.

We took a 4-night vacation to Hotel Korpikartano outside the town of Inari.  There were 6 women friends. We booked through The Aurora Zone.  The whole vacation went off without any problems from start to finish.   We had a fabulous time!  We will be talking about this vacation for years to come. We did snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, a husky safari and a visit with a reindeer herder, as well as a visit to a Sami Culturally Center.  Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and on schedule.  The local food was delicious.  For our accommodations, we booked a “suite” with three twin beds bedrooms, which were very spacious.  We shared two bathrooms and a living space.  It was a great place for us to gather during downtime. We did happen to see the Northern Lights on one of the evenings.  It was gorgeous!  The other three nights were cloudy.  We went into this trip knowing we may not see the lights.  We all said afterwards we still enjoyed all the activities and would not have been disappointed had we not seen the Northern Lights.  My friends and I highly recommend Hotel Korpikartano and The Aurora Zone!
