Husky driving. Stunning, experience. People were so good with their Huskies, confident to set us off and allow us to be "free" of usual constraints whilst driving animals and sledges. The day was perfect and the morning session in daylight over frozen lake Inari - unforgettable...

Literally no words to describe how fantastic our time in Finland was! Everything was perfect including the booking and info updates prior to going. Very friendly knowledgeable guides who made each activity more enjoyable and memorable. We want to specifically make a special mention to our Aurora Zone guide Hannabella, she was incredible! A bright and bubbly, highly professional young lady who was full of passion for her job and her resort, she is an absolute credit to your company. She really cared about each guest, taking time to chat to all of us, take pictures, making sure we were all ok at all times. My husband was a bit under the weather whilst we were there and she constantly checked how he was doing. She also personally dropped in a packet of gluten free biscuits to my husband. She went above and beyond her duties, in our opinion and we would personally like to ensure she is given this feedback and any recognition from your company that is appropriate. Everything was perfect.

We’ve just come back from one of the most wonderful holidays in Finland where we got to see the Northern Lights. All the activities were equally as enjoyable! Aurora hunts were excellent - we managed to see the lights twice! Snowmobile ride through the woods was lovely and Husky Safari was so much fun!! It would be very difficult to pick one. Beautiful setting, amazing hotel & lodges, exceptionally lovely and professional staff, incredible activities, super easy flights/transfers to the hotel - 10/10! We have told ALL of our friends!!

We had a fabulous holiday. We did see a wonderful display of the Northern Lights at Senja. Despite horrendous weather, a break in the cloud around midnight for 45 minutes did the trick. Beautiful.

The Sámi experience was great fun and interesting. Well worth doing. Had an amazing time and loved it! Food at the Lodge was some of the best we’ve eaten anywhere in the world & staff were lovely & helpful. All tour guides were great. Also maybe mention that there’s an element of climbing in and on equipment so limb flexibility an advantage. We laughed a lot as, being an older couple, we struggled a few times but it was fun all the same. Getting into the snowsuits was hilarious, as was getting on the dog sled - more a case of falling on to it. IceHotel was great too. Was lovely to have spacious room & walk-in shower. Joaquin on Reception deserves a mention for being so helpful. A fabulous experience all round.

As we were only on a short trip for 3 nights we didn’t build up our hopes to see the Aurora but we were lucky to see a fabulous display on our second night at the Muotka Aurora camp - fantastic location and fantastic guides. The other activities were also amazing so it would have been a great holiday even without the Aurora.

We had a brilliant time and the activity guides were excellent even helping our daughter with props so she could take great photos of the Aurora because we did not have a tripod.

Apart from the flights home which went wrong and we ended up having to go through Heathrow the actual trip was fantastic from the people to the accommodation, food and to top it off seeing the Northern Lights.

This holiday was the best ever, Graham was amazing and he was very knowledgeable. Brandon Lodge was the best and the whole trip from start to finish was a real giggle. The activities were fun safe and great value for money and the guides were really helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make our holiday the best ever, Tommy in Brandon Lodge even gave us a lift across the ice pack on his snowmobile to save us walking. We even saw the Northern Lights which was a real treat. Highly recommended!!!

I enjoyed so many of the activities it is hard to choose, but husky ride and cross country skiing immediately come to mind. The scenery and location were spectacular, and the staff and other guests added to what was an amazing experience. I just want to thank everybody involved from start to finish, for an unforgettable experience. I was extremely sad to leave, and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

It was a fantastic trip!

From initial engagement with Graham Hughs in the sales office; the welcome from the hotel; the trips and experiences; through to dropping us off at the end of our holiday, the whole experience was exceptional! Everything was well organised, efficient and really fun!. However I needed to get back to work after for a rest!. Well done Aurora Zone!

Food provided by Chef Gilles was excellent and he was most friendly. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Lovely location; peaceful, isolated, unspoilt. Booking process was efficient; any queries or questions were dealt with promptly. Using the snowmobiles, going on the husky safari and seeing the Northern Lights - all of these were new, exciting & unique experiences. Going out with the guides on the different activities as their knowledge was tremendous and they were all friendly & approachable.

The holiday was planned very well and the activity guides made our time more special. They are passionate about what they do and care about their guests. The setting was idyllic and so magical. The food was excellent - better than we had expected. We did lots of snowmobiling which we loved. Driving through the snowy forests was beautiful and will live long in the memory. My husband and I had the holiday of a lifetime and it was more than we dreamed it would be. We will hold these memories in our hearts forever.

We didn't meet the local rep, but all hotel staff and the aurora workshop presenter were excellent, very well informed and helpful. All the activity guides were charming, knowledgeable and very friendly. The birthday cake was delicious - thank you. And the decorations, including chocolates and sparkling wine, were lovely, all very thoughtful.

We did have a fantastic time and loved spending New Year at Inari Lake. We met some great people, and the staff at the hotel were exemplary, as were the guides. It was such an adventure and we were so lucky to catch a glimpse of the northern lights! Thank you.

The staff in the hotel were excellent. The mostly young men who guided our activities were excellent.

The whole trip was memorable. A great place with great people and just the right amount of activities. Husky sledding, snow mobiles and snow shoeing amongst others, and a very special New Years Eve. Our guide Scotty was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The information provided beforehand is spot on. Follow this and you can't go wrong with equipment and clothing etc. It was refreshing to see how the hotel actively supports the environment and conservation and educates guests.

We loved it, and it was even better than described. Good tips for what to take including the travel kettle.

Loved the snowmobiles, reindeer day and husky sledging. Also night aurora snowshoe. The guides made the best experiences for all. Husky owner was delightful and time with dogs after the trip was very special.

The best holiday I have ever had, just amazing. Can't thank everyone enough, from Katrina making sure we were ok, the hotel staff looking after us, to Scotty our guide the man is a legend and made our holiday. Our cabin was cosy, the equipment was fantastic and New Year's eve was a blast. Action-packed, amazing fun.

We appreciated the effort that was made to allow us to add additional days and locations to the original package. The individual we were dealing with listened to what we wanted and made valuable and helpful suggestions. The holiday was amazing itself particularly the 7 days in Inari. The hotel was faultless and the guides there were truly excellent as were all of the hotel staff. From start to finish it was excellent.

All excellent but husky dog personal sledging was outstanding due to being active all the time.

I enjoyed all the activities, but if I had to pick one it would probably be the Aurora Photo Tour, which provided some excellent pictures of the Northern Lights, which was the main reason for the trip. My overall experience was so much beyond expectations. I had a small personal issue which caused me to cancel my booking, however circumstances changed and I found I could go on the tour. I would like to thank ALL of the staff members who assisted me in getting my booking back, the service was outstanding and appreciated so much, which enabled me to have an experience of a life time. I found everything organised was of such a high standard and every step along the way was taken care off. Communication and information supplied was far above what one would expect. All of the activities were brilliant and the guides used were some of the best guides I have come across in all of my extensive travels. Once again, Thank you for providing a tour that I enjoyed immensely.
