The staff and the locals were truly hospitable, nothing was too much trouble and they were very welcoming. The female on reception (not sure of her name) was very helpful in suggesting where to go. We went on the aurora hunt to the border which was fantastic as we saw the lights. The whole experience was helped by the first snowfall of the season which made the stay completely magical.

Although the food choices were minimal, the taste and accompaniments were excellent. And the service was even better. If I had been feeling better, I would have involved myself in more activities. The rep and local guide was beyond excellent. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, as my purpose was to see the lights. And with the huge glass windows facing north, my purpose was fulfilled. I saw the lights 2 of my 4 nights from my room. And when my guide took us out on the one night that I was well enough to involve myself, the magic of the lights was amazing. Also, I must acknowledge the excellent work done by the pre-holiday staff. The were so accurate in the preparation of my trip that everything went according to their plan.

Had a superb trip, extremely lucky to havereally strong aurora activity every night.

All the Finnish people were friendly and helpful. The guides were excellent - really knew their stuff. Wonderful relaxing break. But I should mention that we did have dry, mostly sunny weather which definitely helped us to see the aurora three nights in a row.

The lodge and cabin were both amazing and very comfortable, and the food provided was all of such a high quality that exceeded our expectations by far. We enjoyed everything about this holiday, and would definitely do it again. We liked the hike and the aurora camp, even though we never saw the lights. We enjoyed getting out to see the area and the nature surrounding the lodge.

We had a great time thanks. We were so lucky. We literally had 2 short windows of clear sky, maybe 1 he each time, quite late c12pm, when the clouds cleared and rain stopped and we were treated to fantastic autos both times (nights 3 and 4). It was a surprise to find that our 'small group' was just 3 people. Fortunately we got on well together. Hotel staff were very good, particularly in arranging lunches just for us. It was disappointing that we did not get a good Aurora display, but local activity guide, Joki (?), really tried hard to find some for us. He was an interesting character, with a wonderful knowledge of the area. I must mention the food: our lunches and evening meals were all beautifully presented, generous helpings and excellent quality. Even without an aurora display it was a wonderful short holiday. Friendly, helpful reception staff; knowledgeable local guide who did his best to find the Aurora, but they just didn't happen!

It was a very well organised holiday that delivered everything you promised that it would.

We had a wonderful trip and apart from the airlines losing our bag (which is being returned soon) we were very pleased with nearly everything. The sad thing is that despite trying we never managed to see the northern lights. All the other activities however made up for that dissapointment. We would certainly recommend the trip to our friends. Staying in the ICEHOTEL which was just out of this world. Sleeping in the -5 C room with all the ice sculptures was amazing and we were very warm.

We liked the husky dog sledging because we experienced the energy of the working dogs pulling the sledge. We were very happy to see the Northern Lights on our last night of our holiday, from the frozen Lake Inari near the hotel. Booking the holiday with your firm was easy with no hassle. The transfer between airport and hotel was efficient and the activities were well organised. We had an enjoyable holiday without any worries. The guides were very knowledgable and attentive to our needs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The warm clothing provided was essential to keep us warm.

Just back from Muotka, a fantastic recommendation by Amy, thank you. It was exactly what my son wanted, remote and full of excellent outdoor activities, we had a brilliant time. I thought the accommodation and facilities were outstanding and we even got a glimpse of the lights on our final night in a kota thanks to their excellent Aurora alarm system.

Thoroughly enjoyed all activities, snowmobiling was great. The night time snowmobiling was ethereal, quite magical. The day snowmobiling was quite a contrast as much faster. The guides were great, extremely helpful. Snow shoe hike was hard work and good fun. The reindeer rides were very gentle and through stunning surroundings.

Would definitely recommend, wonderful experience and we saw the lights. Many thanks!! The lights evening was just amazing. Husky driving quite an experience and dogs lovely and friendly.

We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return. We've provided feedback on things we think could be improved but our overall experience was very good and we are very happy, thank you.

So delighted! It was the culmination of many years of waiting and putting off but delivered spectacularly!

We cannot recommend this trip highly enough. We had such a wonderful week. Both Muotka and Nellim were lovely places to stay, we were really pleased to experience two destinations and would definitely recommend staying in both locations. All of the activities were amazing experiences, even with no previous experience we enjoyed everything. All of the guides were extremely professional and we were well looked after, with a warm, welcoming and friendly manner which made all the difference. We were lucky enough to see an amazing display of the Aurora, but even without that the whole holiday would have been fantastic. Already planning our return trip!

Just to say the holiday went like clockwork and can’t think of anything that we could possibly help you with to improve. Apart from seeing a wonderful Aurora display, the husky sledding was the outstanding experience. Thank you for a beautifully organised experience.

I can’t praise the staff and guides at Torassieppi enough. They went out of their way to accommodate me as a solo traveller, providing extra staff to allow me to take part in activities which require pairs. They stayed up very late when I missed my connection, and were all freindly and helpful throughout

Could not fault the holiday. Highly memorable

Thank you so much.  We did see the Northern Lights! Three nights, better ever night. Favourite place was glamping! I would have liked to be there two, not just one night. Sommaroy, Tromso, Copenhagen great. Today Oslo. I cannot thank all of you enough. I will remember this till the day I die!

The accommodation is great: people very friendly and efficient, apartment very comfortable and clean, food excellent. When you report back to them, please pass on our thanks again ... We were so very lucky: Aurora showing well the second night we stayed. Activities were great fun. So many highlights ... snowmobile to reindeer farm ... feeding reindeer and lassooing a wooden one! Lots of interesting info from our guides ... Nellim church and the Russian border ... lunch by the log flume, shared by a pair of Siberian tits and a shrew ... speeding along Lake Inari ... The Auroras, obviously. Our guide, Bjorn, was very knowledgeable, good company and an excellent fire-builder. Husky sledding was absolutely brilliant ... lots of interesting info from the musher and family ... the dogs are amazingly cuddly. Cross country skiing was a lot of fun ... We packed a lot into 2 days and enjoyed it all immensely.

We had a fantastic trip. Adventure. Experience. It was just amazing; your organisation was superb and your agents in Tromso were just great. All the trips were super and we saw the Northern Lights on two nights on the island stay.Cannot praise you enough.
