We are frequent travellers and have been to lots of places all over the world. This holiday is definitely one of the best ever. Magical place, super accomodation, lots of activities to choose from, friendly staff in the hotel, very professional guides, tasty food, ..... and the list goes on and on. The husky safari was very well organised, relaxing and the animals were in a super shape. It's nice to see how much care and attention is given to these beautiful creatures.

The guides and activities were outstanding in all locations.

We had a wonderful time.We did have a long outward flight delay which meant we missed the first half day at our destination.However ,the hotel had rearranged our activities to compensate for this and had hot food waiting for us on arrival. The hotel was in a beautiful secluded setting and looks lovely.It is brand new a there were still a few glitches which are being sorted out and therefore I can’t fault that. The Northern Lights were magical and made the tri,p however, we would have been content to go home without seeing them as we understood that they can’t be guaranteed.

A wonderful experience even though it was too cloudy to see any Northern lights. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was really excellent.

The guides were all so friendly and helpful and you could tell they went out of their way to make sure all the guests had a great time..

To be honest from the moment we stepped off the plane to the moment we left everything we did from walking to huskies to skiing everything was so much fun! Fab Holiday, Fab staff at the hotel, the guides. Everyone made our holiday amazing. We saw the Northern lights 4 times but underneath them by Boyfriend proposed. The Food was amazing and we couldn't have wished for a more perfect time away. I've said to everyone that booking thru Aurora Zone is a most and traveling to Lapland is a bucket list that shouldn't be ignored. DO it, its really worth it.

Cannot fault the hotel, food, rep, guides or hotel staff at all. Finland is amazing, the people are friendly and the staff and guides couldn't do enough for us and they are passionate about the country. Really enjoyed the dog sledding and reindeer sleigh ride. Sleigh ride as it was done at night, under the moon and stars with two of us in a sleigh. Very romantic. Sledding as it was a faster pace, lovely to see the dogs and how they work.

Difficult to decide which was the most enjoyable activity, we loved the husky safaris and reindeer day.

Really good - all the guides were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It really felt as if everyone was there to make this a memorable trip. The Aurora Camp (with Northern Lights!) was exceptional, awesome environment for photos but the snowmobiling and Husky sledding were both great - I think an absolute must to fill the days and make it worthwhile trip even if you miss out on the Aurora.

The whole experience from location accommodation and activities were beyond our expectation. I really hope to use you again.

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. I would definitely like to visit Finland again.

The holiday from start to finish was amazing and we can't pick a favourite memory because, in all honesty, the holiday was perfect. We had amazing service from all the staff, amazing food and all the activities were so much fun and very well organised. My boyfriend proposed to me under the Northern Lights, so this is also an amazing memory for us but the little gift left by the rep and the hotel staff just completed it. Thank you to everyone and we will defiantly return. Don't change a thing because everything you did and will continue to do was ideal.

Highly recommend anyone to use The Aurora Zone when booking a holiday. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff who give it the personal touch. Dog sledding was the most fun. The dogs were lovely and the staff made us feel very welcome. Would love to go back again maybe in the summer for a different type of holiday.

We are back from the trip to Spitsbergen and I just wanted to say what a blast it was and how it was made so much better by the professionalism and attention to detail provided by your team. Your customer service was second to none and the team on the ground were awesome. I would definitely recommend you and your company (and have already!) to anyone who wanted to listen. On top of the fact that the trip was just so amazing we were also so, so lucky to have the lights come out and play and boy did they produce a show for us. It was incredible! Thank you so much, that's two more ‘buckets’ ticked off the list!

We thought everything was lovely with very attentive Reception staff at the hotel probably the best Reception staff we have encountered anywhere.The Auora Workshop was expertly led by a wonderful guide from Chile, named Alan. He led us in the evening on an adventurous trail through the forest with a wonderful prize at the end of a campfire and hot drinks and biscuits.

Pre holiday info and booking easy to follow and the staff I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable. On arrival at the airport - Greta was on hand to guide us and welcome us to Lapland. The hotel was comfortable, warm and the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, especially Laura and Eve. There aren't enough stars to rate them 10 out of 10 just isn't enough to say how much we enjoyed our experience. Meeting the huskies and getting to hug them was great. As I was unable to ride the sleigh due to back problems, they gave us a tour of the compound and a talk so I could experience a little of the tour. However the tour was great and the guides were phenomenal. We had a FAB time and will be returning soon. The staff and guides were incredible and we wish to thank them all.

It was a fabulous holiday in every respect. Seeing the northern lights was amazing!

We both loved snowmobiling both during the day time and at night. However the other activities were great too! Difficult to choose a favourite. The quality of the guides and their enthusiasm for the activities and surroundings was infectious. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the expertise, friendliness and professionalism of your representative, Matt.

The hotel was charming and in a lovely position by the lake. The staff were helpful and provided us with a kettle for our room when asked. The winter clothing was excellent and needed! The local guides at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. We were a small group and all got on well. Enjoyed the activities provided. The only thing missing from the trip was seeing the Northern lights - guess I'll have to book another trip!

Thououghly enjoyed this holiday. Probably one of the best I have ever had. The activities are amazing and catered for all ages. Our party of four ranged from 19-68. We didn't have an unenjoyable activity. It was such an amazing holiday. We even saw the Northern Lights which was such a bonus as there was a lot of clouds. I have been on lots of holidays but this was undoubtedly one of the best. The staff were amazing and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. All the activities were worth paying for. Not a holiday to be sitting around doing nothing. There's always something to do. The pancakes cooked over the open fire were amazing. I would recommend a visit here for anybody any age. The Northern Lights really made the holiday that extra special. Brought a tear to the eye, it's something I never thought I would see. If your thinking of visiting Finnish Lapland then Harriniva is definitely the place to go. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful holiday.

Excellent adventure all round!

The Husky safari was great fun meeting the dogs and seeing how keen they were to run and how much noise they make while waiting compared to the silence when they run; also a nice way to take in the surroundings at a more relaxed pace than the snowmobiles and the driver gets to see everything too as the dogs do most of the steering. Really well organised with lots of fun activities to occupy your day but still leaving plenty of time for you to relax and not feel you're run ragged trying to keep up. The cold weather kit provided is really good, particularly the snow boots, so comfy and warm we want a set. The hotel staff and guides are all really friendly and happy to answer any questions and always had the info we wanted (or could get it quickly). Even though we weren't lucky enough to see the Aurora we still had a great holiday with lots of new experiences and memories and will definitely look at doing a repeat in the future.

So much was fantastic, the reindeer farm was a lovely morning, the culture and the guides wanting to share their way of life and the importance of their heritage was just lovely. We had such an amazing holiday. It was a lovely way to spend a birthday and the hotel providing a bottle of bubbles was a lovely touch.

Magical and amazing. The organisation and execution of the holiday was perfect. Two hours being pulled by huskeys through an untouched paradise, what more do I need to say.

Ice fishing was the most unforgettable time, walking in nature, hearing stories about the town, fishing on the lake and learning about ice fishing, and actually doing it. The icing on the cake was it started to snow lightly as we were going back, the whole place turned into a postcard of wilderness. The staff at Abisko were exceptionally professional, friendly, informative, the guides were skilful and tried their best to keep us hopeful even when the weather conditions were not good for Aurora. The food was five-star restaurant level, delicious and presented beautifully. It was an unforgettable holiday and I would like to go to Abisko again with my grandchildren in the future which will not be before 4 years!

I have been to 16 countries, and this trip to Nellim has become my favourite. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the food served in the restaurant were very very delicious. We had a wide range to choose from, meat, seafood, vegetables and soup. The bed in the room was very comfortable. I had so much fun during the activities. The reindeer day was my favourite, which includes snowmobiling, visit the reindeer farm, ice fishing, visit a local church, had a lunch around an open fire and tried the very delicious reindeer soup. Husky safari was a long ride so make sure to wear as much as you can. Cross-country skiing was a hard work but a very different experience to try. We were out to hunt for northern lights every night by different transport and had a hot drink around the open fire. We had grilled marshmallow on our final night. The tour guides are so knowledgeable and helpful with everything. They set up my camera to take the most amazing aurora photos, also helped me with wearing the shoes, helmet and everything. Every penny I spent on this trip was definitely worthy and every second in Nellim was a memory maker. Thank you.

The Northern Lights Village guides were all excellent. We enjoyed the Aurora hunt by snowmobile and snowmobile safaris, we both loved driving/riding the snowmobiles. The Northern Lights Village guides were fabulous and made the trips very enjoyable.
