About Nivunki Village
Nivunki Village is set in the Pallastunturi-Muonio area of western Finnish Lapland, around an hour from Kittilä Airport. The accommodation is the destination here: a small collection of glass-roofed Kotas surrounded by forests, lakes and reindeer country.
Rather than building the page around the little-known Pallastunturi label, we would lead with Nivunki because that is what travellers actually book and remember. Pallastunturi still matters geographically, but it should support the story rather than confuse it.
The current five-day programme is designed for adults and combines the main Lapland experiences in one stay, with dedicated Aurora activity built into the evenings.
Glass Kotas and Arctic Traditions
The current Glass Kota Adventure under the Northern Lights includes husky sledding, an Aurora snowshoe trek, reindeer sleigh ride, sauna experience and an Aurora snowmobile tour.
Nivunki also keeps reindeer on site, which gives the stay a stronger connection to local traditions than a generic glass-cabin resort. After activities, the glass ceiling above your Kota means you can continue watching the sky without heading back into the cold.
It is a compact, experience-led programme rather than a broad resort holiday, and the page should make that clear.

Nivunki Village Glass Kotas
The Kotas combine a traditional shape with modern glass-roofed accommodation. Each includes a double bed, private shower room and the practical comforts needed for a winter stay, while meals are served in the Village restaurant using local ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
Best for: couples, adults, glass-roofed accommodation, reindeer experiences and travellers who want a compact all-in Arctic programme.
