Caroline brings almost 20 years of travel industry experience, having worked with customers and partners across the globe. Born and bred in Newcastle, she is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and is always happy to help. Caroline particularly enjoys working within customer support, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring they have the best possible experience from start to finish.

When she’s not at work, Caroline loves spending as much time outdoors as possible. A self-confessed summer holiday enthusiast, she has always preferred sunshine and warmer climates. However, since joining The Aurora Zone, she has found herself increasingly drawn to the magic of snowy landscapes and the charm of a true winter wonderland.
