The untouched winter landscape provides a spectacular backdrop, where the only sounds are the crunch of snow beneath your feet and the occasional whisper of the Arctic wind. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating insights into Finnish nature and wildlife making this an ideal excursion for photographers and nature enthusiasts alike. Midway through the trek, you'll pause for a traditional outdoor lunch by an open fire, a perfect moment to soak in the tranquillity of the Arctic wilderness.

This must-do winter experience will take you through forests with snow-capped trees with just the sound of paws running on the ground. You'll meet your excitable team of dogs and learn how to handle your sled before you head out on the adventure. The dogs will soon quieten down when you take to the trail, leaving you to enjoy the serene nature. All safaris run so that one person is standing and steering the sleigh, and the other is sitting in the sleigh, with the option to change halfway.

Meet Lapland's favourite animals during your visit to the reindeer farm. You'll meet with a local reindeer herder who will introduce you to his reindeer and tell you all about the life of a herder and the Sámi culture.

Your local guide will give you instructions on how to drive your snowmobile before you set off, travelling two per snowmobile, for the snowy tracks and into the beautiful surrounding nature. Please note, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license to drive a snowmobile.

For this longer snowmobile adventure, youll explore the wilderness further afield and travelling two per snowmobile. Your local guide will give you instructions on how to drive your snowmobile before you set off, travelling two per snowmobile. Youll be out for approximately 4.5 hours and will stop for lunch by the open fire. Please note, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license to drive a snowmobile.
Duration: approximately 4.5 hours in total
Designed for experienced riders, this thrilling six-hour snowmobiling activity takes you deep into the Arctic wilderness. Riding your own snowmobile, you'll navigate remote trails, winding through snow-covered forests and across frozen lakes. Your guide will lead the way, ensuring an exhilarating yet safe experience as you tackle more challenging terrain. This action packed day is perfect for those seeking adventure and the freedom to explore Lapland's untouched landscapes at speed.
Please note: Participants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence. A self-liability fee of 1000 Euros per snowmobile applies in case of an accident.

Immerse yourself in the traditions and history of Finland's indigenous Sámi people with a visit to the Sámi Siida Museum and Nature Centre. This fascinating museum offers a deep insight into Sámi culture, the surrounding nature and the region's way of life. Afterward, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch at Wilderness Hotel Juutua, who's restaurant boasts panoramic views of the Juutua River. The day concludes with a peaceful walk along the river rapids. Throughout the journey, your guide will provide valuable insights and share interesting tales. You'll also have the opportunity to browse and purchase authentic Sámi handicrafts and souvenirs.

Spend the day outdoors and try ice fishing in the traditional Finnish way. Meeting with your local guide, you'll take a snowmobile sleigh ride to the best ice fishing spots. You'll learn how to make a hole through the ice and then try winter fishing for yourself. You'll also enjoy open lunch by the open fire and warm drinks.

If the conditions are right, you'll be in one of the top places in the world to see the Northern Lights.
