This package allows you to enjoy activities from Snowmobiling under the night sky, to a thrilling dog sledding experience during the day, along with slower paced activities such as a peaceful morning hike and an aurora photography workshop. Itinerary
Upon arrival at Kiruna Airport, you will be privately transferred to your accommodation at Abisko mountain lodge, taking just over 1 hour. After settling into your accommodation head to the on-site Brasserie Fjallkoket and enjoy a seasonal, locally sourced dinner in a cosy, warm environment on your first night.
Please note that the order of activities within your itinerary is subject to change and the agenda below should be used as a guide only. The exact order of your agenda will be confirmed upon arrival at the hotel.

This Morning glance out to the Lapporten mountains as you enjoy a buffet style breakfast, and great coffee! Enjoy a relaxing morning before heading out dog sledding just after lunch. Your first experience of your holiday begins with this thrilling, ever popular activity along the beautiful arctic landscape, let the huskies do the work as they take you on a tour of magical Abisko. Take pictures and videos along the way and enjoy a break in the middle where you can relax with your canine companions, afterwards help your guide unharness the huskies and walk them back to their homes.
Afterward, head back to the lodge and warm up in the onsite sauna (free access throughout the trip) before enjoying a delicious dinner back in the Brasserie this evening.

Accommodation
Hotel facilities
- The lodge consists of one main building and a handful of smaller outer buildings. In the main building, you will find 20 rooms, the reception lounge, restaurant and the bar area
- The chefs here take great pride in the food, making great use of local and seasonal produce and traditional Swedish recipes. Breakfast is served buffet style, whilst lunch and dinner are set menus (lunch can also be provided to take with you on your daytime excursions)
- The lounge area in the lodge offers comfortable seating and a TV; perfect for socialising and relaxing in the evening. The bar area is located nearby, serving a range of beers, wines and spirits
- In one of the outer buildings, guests can make use of the sauna which is heated daily. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and there is also a drying room for guests to store outdoor clothing
