Laura joined The Aurora Zone team with a strong background in customer service and account management, along with a genuine passion for helping people plan memorable experiences. Based in Northumberland, she loves living close to the coast where wide open skies and dark winter nights occasionally offer the chance to see the Northern Lights – something she has been lucky enough to witness locally.

Working within the Customer Support team, Laura helps ensure that each guest’s trip runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish. Whether answering questions, helping with travel arrangements or resolving the unexpected, she enjoys being part of the team that turns people’s dream trips to the Arctic into reality. With many years spent working closely with customers, she understands how the smallest details can make a holiday feel truly special.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her young family, exploring new places and making the most of the beautiful landscapes on her doorstep. She particularly loves visiting the Scottish Highlands and tries to make the trip every year. Watching the sunset over the Summer Isles remains one of her favourite travel memories. Further afield, Venice holds a special place in her heart for its history, scenery and incredible food; early morning visits to the Rialto Market before breakfast were a particular highlight. A girls’ trip to Las Vegas is another travel experience she will never forget.

Although she hasn’t yet travelled to the Arctic herself, helping guests plan their adventures has only strengthened her desire to experience it first-hand.
