Witness the power of Mother Nature during this four-night stay in Iceland.

Embark on an unforgettable four-night journey through Iceland, a land where dramatic natural wonders and cultural charm intertwine seamlessly. This exclusive trip offers an extraordinary mix of activities, from chasing the Northern Lights on land and sea to uncovering the iconic highlights of the Golden Circle. With its unique landscapes and prime position for celestial displays, Iceland promises an adventure that blends thrilling exploration with moments of serene beauty.

Your journey begins with a classic Golden Circle tour, showcasing Iceland's most iconic sights. Witness the power of Strokkur as it erupts in a steamy column of water, marvel at the geological wonder of Thingvellir National Park where two tectonic plates collide, and unwind in the soothing geothermal waters of a secret lagoon, a hidden gem far from the crowds. Each stop along this route reveals a different aspect of Iceland's unique character, combining raw natural beauty with intriguing history.

With Iceland's minimal light pollution and favourable location beneath the auroral oval, your chances of seeing the elusive Aurora Borealis are maximised. Whether scanning the skies from land or out at sea, the Northern Lights here are truly spectacular, illuminating the heavens with their shifting hues of green, pink, and purple.

To round off this exceptional trip, you'll have time to explore Reykjavik, the world's northernmost capital. This vibrant city is a captivating blend of culture, art, and innovation, offering a unique perspective on Icelandic life. Whether visiting its iconic landmarks or sampling the local cuisine, Reykjavik provides a fitting conclusion to this remarkable journey.

There are many different species in the waters here such as minke whales, humpback whales, white-beaked dolphins and harbour porpoises so fingers crossed you will get some good sightings. The boat trip is also a fantastic chance to look back at the city and Iceland’s impressive landscape. You will be out for approximately three hours.

Back on land, you will enjoy a delicious three course meal* at one of our favourite restaurants in Reykjavik before heading out for a Northern Lights hunt this evening. If you prefer, you can rearrange the dinner for your last night instead.

Make your way to the bus stop where your guide will welcome you and a small group of travellers on-board the bus. Your guide will check the local weather and Aurora forecast to travel in the best direction and maximise your chances of seeing a Northern Lights display.
